Shipping & Handling Policies

We ship within the continental U.S. only.

We dispatch packages Monday through Friday before 12 PM. Typical transit time is approximately 2–3 days, but delivery times may vary due to carrier delays.

Once your order is packaged and labeled, you will automatically receive an email with a tracking number. After USPS receives and scans your package, the tracking link will show an estimated delivery date. Please check your spam or promotions folder for this email.

Free Shipping

Free USPS shipping is available on qualifying orders over $69 shipped within the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC.

Stationary and spinning poles do not qualify for free shipping. Shipping charges apply.
