We ship out every morning by 11AM, M-F. Unfortunately we don’t have an estimate at the time of your order but you’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is packed up.
Once your package is labeled the tracking link is automatically emailed to you. If it’s been less than 24 hours or the shipping carrier hasn’t scanned the package yet the ETA could not have been updated yet. Check back in 24 hours.
Yes. All packages come in a yellow mailer envelope or a plain brown box. The return address just lists our business name as “HD”.
At this time we do not have that capability on our website.
Our shipping warehouse is located at our Suitland location. If you reach out to us after placing the order we can have it held at our Suitland location for pick up. Unless you have confirmation from us that the package is on hold it will be shipped out the next business day.
If the order has not been shipped out please contact us ASAP to make any changes to your order. The chat box would be the fastest way to get in touch.
Unfortunately if the package has already been shipped out the only thing we can do is wait for the package to be returned to us from the carrier. An additional shipping charge would be added to reship the package.
Most of the vibrating toys that we carry have a manufacturer’s warranty. Info can usually be found in the product instructions. If you can’t find the information reach out to us and we’d be happy to look it up and point you in the right direction
