No. We ship all the packages with standard or priority mail postage depending on size of package and destination distance.

We ship out every morning by 11AM, M-F. Unfortunately we don’t have an estimate at the time of your order but you’ll receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is packed up.

Once your package is labeled the tracking link is automatically emailed to you. If it’s been less than 24 hours or the shipping carrier hasn’t scanned the package yet the ETA could not have been updated yet. Check back in 24 hours.

Yes. All packages come in a yellow mailer envelope or a plain brown box. The return address just lists our business name as “HD”.

The tracking link email is automatically sent to you as soon as the order is packed up. Because it comes from an automated server it often goes to your spam folder. Check there!
